Ruling 8 [2160]: If an individual wishes to perform Ṣalāt al-Āyāt by using Sūrah al-Tawḥīd [as the second sūrah] then by keeping in mind that the al-iḥtiyāṭ al-wājib which was previously mentioned, one is not able to simply recite the “بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ” and suffice with that. It is permissible for an individual to divide Sūrah al-Tawḥīd in another way into five portions such that each portion forms one complete sentence. As an example, one can perform it in the following fashion:

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ - قُلۡ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ١

One will then go into rukūʿ [and recite the appropriate dhikr], stand back up and say:

ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ ٢

Again go into rukūʿ [and recite the appropriate dhikr], stand back up and say:

لَمۡ يَلِدۡ

Then again go into rukūʿ [and recite the appropriate dhikr], stand back up and say:

وَلَمۡ يُولَدۡ ٣

One will then go into rukūʿ [and recite the appropriate dhikr], stand back up and say:

وَلَمۡ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدُۢ ٤

After this, one should then perform the fifth and last rukūʿ [and recite the appropriate dhikr], and after lifting one’s head up, perform the two sajdah and complete the first rakʿat and proceed to perform the second rakʿat just as they had performed the first rakʿat. After the second sajdah [in the second rakʿat] recite the tashahhud and the salām to complete the ṣalāt. In addition, it is permissible to divide a sūrah into less than five parts, however anytime the sūrah which was chosen is [broken up into less than five part] and [its recitation is] completed (in less than five parts), one must recite another Sūrah al-Ḥamd while standing before going into the next rukūʿ.

Ruling 7 [2159]: A person wishing to perform Ṣalāt al-Āyāt can, after making the niyyah and pronouncing the takbīrat al-iḥrām, recite Sūrah al-Ḥamd, and then divide the second sūrah to be recited into five portions, and recite one or more verses of it within the Ṣalāt al-Āyāt – in fact, one can even recite less than one verse in each portion of the Ṣalāt al-Āyāt - however according to the al-iḥtiyāṭ al-lāzim, the portion of the verse read must make up a complete sentence or verse. In addition, according to al-iḥtiyāṭ al-wājib, one must start from the beginning of the sūrah; and in addition, according to al-iḥtiyāṭ al-lāzim, one must not suffice with the mere recitation of “بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ” [as the first verse] and therefore, after reciting this [first] verse, by keeping in mind the details already mentioned, one will then go into rukūʿ and continue in this fashion until reaching the fifth rukūʿ, at which point the sūrah [chosen] will be completed

Just a note that the second method mentioned in this video would not be applicable for those who follow Ayatollah Seestani and they need to use a different Surah such as Al-Qadr to divide into five parts
